Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damage, defective or the wrong item has been received please notify us within 30 days by contacting admin@giannaandrews.com and include photos of the damaged item.

You will be sent a replacement free of charge.
