1. ART VISION MEETING:

We meet to discuss your vision and I help you determine whether a catalog design or custom design best fits your needs.

2. CONTRACT & PAYMENT

We agree on terms which are written in an Art Licensing Agreement. Once signed and paid, high resolution files are transferred or custom design begins. See the commission page for the custom design process.

INVESTMENT:

We customize the licensing terms to fit your needs. The licensing fee is based on your term requests. Below are examples of my rates:

Catalog Design License | $3,000

• Non-exclusive license
• 1 year term

Custom Design License | $5,000

• Exclusive license for a 3 year term
• Client design approval

Custom Design License + Original Painting | $7,000

• Exclusive license
• 3 year term
• Design approval
• Physical original painting

Lifetime Custom Design License | $10,000

• Exclusive license
• Lifetime term
