2. VISON CALL

We meet via video call and I gather information to clarify and conceptualize the artwork with you. This is a collaborative conversation! I ask an array of questions to clarify the vision for your commission.

3. DIGITAL DESIGN RENDERING

The goal with digital rendering is to get us on the same page prior to painting. You get a first draft and two rounds of revisions. Here, I create a digital rendering of the painting concept.

4. DESIGN REVIEW

We meet to discuss any necessary design edits. Edits are made and submitted to you for review within seven days. Design sign-off is required prior to painting process.

5. COMMISSION CREATION

After you sign off on the design, I paint the piece during your aloted time slot. I provide a photo update provided prior to shipping / delivery.

Please note:

• I offer two rounds of revisions to the initial design. Additional revisions and concepts will be billed at my hourly rate of $200/hr.
• Artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Artist reserves the right to reproduce the artwork.
• Artwork may not be distributed or reprinted by Client without written approval from Artist.
