Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Part-time contractor position

Job Description:

Inspired by the Pacific Northwest and nature, Gianna Andrews Art creates original paintings, fine art prints, and merchandise which are sold both online and at retailer locations. As growing online business, our digital world is in need of organizational support. Our ideal Virtual Assistant is a digital organizational genius, here to help us expand our online business. 

Initial tasks include:

• Switch domains and emails from GoDaddy to google
• Set up a LastPass account
• Set up a VPN
• Integrate zoom with google
• Establish receipts email to drive workflow
• Google photos storage backup for iphone photos
• Shopify website product updates

Ongoing tasks include:

• Inbox organization 
• Monthly iphone content organization
• Snappic Instagram/Facebook ad orchestration
• Instagram/Facebook “Shop” updates
• Photo mockups 
• Google ads
• Shopify website renovations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Digital organization genius
• Expert with google, instagram/facebook ads, mockup tools
• Excellent communication
• Virtual assistant experience
• Strong moral compass

Compensation:

Starting wage of $20/hour, with opportunity for raise in six months of proficient work

• Begin as part-time contractor 
• Tasks completed weekly
